734 CONDIZIONI GENERAL I DI VENDI TA GENERAL CONDI T IONS OF SALE I prezzi indicati nel presente Listino si intendono per merce resa franco nel nostro stabilimento di Carrè (Vicenza) non imballata e non sono impegnativi . Sono ad esclusivo carico del Committente le seguenti spese: imballo - IVA - spese postali o di trasporto - tasse per rimborso assegno . Le spedizioni si effettuano a mezzo pacchi postali sino al peso massimo consentito di Kg 20, nel caso il cliente desideri l’invio a mezzo Ferrovia, colli celeri, si prega indicare la stazione ferroviaria alla quale inviare la merce. La merce viene spedita in contrassegno . Nel caso che per il pagamento vengano stabilite condizioni particolari le spese bancarie saranno a carico del Committente. Ci riserviamo il diritto, nel caso di ritardato o mancato pagamento, di emettere tratta con scadenza a vista per l’ammontare della fattura e di sospendere ogni altra fornitura. Le spedizioni vengono effettuate nel più breve tempo possibile e normalmente entro i 15 giorni successivi al ricevimento dell’ordine, ad esclusione delle lavorazioni che richiedono più tempo e per le quali valgano i termini indicati nelle relative pagine del Listino. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Committente senza alcuna nostra responsabilità per eventuali ritardi di trasporto, rotture o ma- nomissione dei pacchi. Per le eventuali ordinazioni di articoli speciali o modifiche secondo le richieste del cliente sarà necessario un versamento anticipato del 50%. Non verrà accettata merce di ritorno per la sostituzione con altra senza il benestare della Ditta ed in ogni caso ci riserviamo di addebitare al cliente ogni spesa relativa al controllo, immagazzinaggio e ripristino degli articoli restituiti. Resta però inteso che la Ditta fornitrice si impegna a sostituire quei materiali che risultassero difettosi escludendo però il risarcimento di ogni altro eventuale o maggior danno. I dati tecnici, quali dimensioni ed altre caratteristiche non essenziali, che completano le illustrazioni, devono considerarsi approssimativi e possono essere variati senza obbligo di preavviso della Ditta venditrice. The prices shown on this list are for goods sold ex-factory from our premises in Carrè (Vicenza). They are exclusive of packing and are subject to alteration . The Purchaser is solely responsible for the following costs: packing - VAT - postage or transport charges - fees on cheque transactions. Consignments up to the maximum permitted weight (20kg) are made via parcel post. Clients who require express rail delivery must indicate the station to which the goods should be sent. Goods are sent C.O.D. If any special payment conditions are agreed the Purchaser will be responsible for bank charges. In the case of late or non-payment we reserve the right to issue a sight draft for the amount of the invoice and to refuse to supply any further goods. Goods are despatched as soon as possible, usually within two weeks after receipt of order. This excludes goods which take longer to manu- facture and for which delivery times are shown on the relevant pages of our Price List. Goods are sent at Purchaser’s risk and we cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or pilferage in transit. We require a 50% deposit on orders for custom-made or modified goods. No returned goods will be accepted for replacement without our prior consent and in all cases we reserve the right to debit the client for any costs incurred for the inspection, storage or repair of such returned goods. We do however undertake to replace any materials found to be defective, but compensation for any other type of damage and/or contingent damage is excluded. Technical data such as sizes and other non-essential information which accompany illustrations must be considered approximate and the Seller is under no obligation to give prior notice of any variation. Claims will not be accepted later than one week after receipt of goods by the Purchaser. In case of any dispute the place of legal juri- sdiction is Vicenza.
